Mindful Stretch

Wearing comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement. The aim is to bring a heightened awareness to the body and the sensations associated with stretching, fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body. Coordinate your breath with your movements. Inhale as you prepare for a stretch, and exhale as you ease into it.

Mindful Breath

A practice that involves paying close attention to your breath in a non-judgmental and intentional way. The goal is to bring your full awareness to the present moment, using the breath as an anchor for your attention.

Mindful Rest

Be fully present in the restful experience. Instead of thinking about what comes next or what happened earlier, immerse yourself in the simplicity of the moment. Allow yourself to drift into a light sleep while maintaining awareness of your surroundings and sensations.
