Life is throwing something at us from every which way when the stress is high and you’re feeling low one of the things you can do right now is a Breathe and Body scan.
Body Scan does a few things like:
Grounds you within your body
Teaches your nervous system to calm down
Increases mind-body connection
Assist with emotional regulation
Reduces stress and anxiety
Do this first thing in the morning or at the end of a long day, or when you need a mental break.
